Shipping policy

We are very happy when you make a purchase from The Surfcar. We want everything to go smoothly and we want you to be completely satisfied and happy with us. That's why we detail below our shipping policy.

FREE shipping to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal for orders over 45€, for purchases under this amount the shipping costs are 4,90€.

FREE shipping to the rest of Continental European Union countries for orders over 90€, for purchases below this amount the shipping costs are 15€. We do not ship to Switzerland.

The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 working days in mainland Spain and 3 to 5 in the Balearic Islands. In periods of sales and special discount campaigns and promotions delivery times may be delayed up to 3 days.

The delivery time starts to be effective from the moment the payment is received, the order is processed in our warehouses and the goods are shipped.

Please note that deliveries are handled by third parties, so the delivery times specified are for guidance only and do not take into account possible delays due to payment authorizations or exceptional transport conditions (exceptional weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

All orders placed during the holiday period in our warehouses, regardless of their destination, may be subject to a delay in delivery times.

Orders cannot be redirected once they have been placed.

If for any reason when preparing the order we are short of any purchased unit, the customer will be offered the possibility of exchanging it for another garment of equal value or the money will be refunded.

In the hypothetical case that upon receipt of the order the packaging is open or shows signs that the product may have been stolen or damaged, you must refuse delivery, notifying MEDITERRANEA DE CAMISERÍA S.L. immediately by email to pedidos@surfcar.com
