Terms and Conditions

Below, we would like to present you with the general terms and conditions of purchase for the products that appear on our website https://surfcar.com. Please read these conditions carefully before making any purchase. Placing an order implies acceptance of these ‘Terms and Conditions’.

1. Deliveries

1.1 Surfcar.com only delivers to Spain (with the exception of the territories of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and the rest of the Continental European Union. We do not deliver to Switzerland.

2. Prices

2.1 All prices shown on the website are expressed in Euros.

2.2 The prices stated on the products on the date on which the order is placed shall apply. The prices stated are final prices, i.e. they include value added tax in Spain at the applicable statutory rate.

3. Cancellation

3.1 Orders may be cancelled before the goods are dispatched by contacting the customer service department. Once the goods have been dispatched they can no longer be cancelled.

4. Shipping

4.1 Shipping is FREE to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal for orders over 45€, for purchases under this amount the shipping costs are 4,90€. Delivery to the rest of Continental European Union countries is FREE for orders over €90, for purchases under this amount the delivery charge is €15.

4.2 The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 working days to mainland Spain and 3 to 5 to the Balearic Islands. In periods of sales and special discount campaigns and promotions delivery times may be delayed up to 3 days. The delivery time starts to be effective from the moment the payment is received, the order is processed in our warehouses and the goods are shipped. Please note that deliveries are handled by third parties, so the delivery times specified are for guidance only and do not take into account possible delays due to payment authorisations or exceptional transport conditions (exceptional weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

4.3 All orders placed during the holiday period of our warehouses, regardless of their destination, may be subject to a delay in delivery times.

4.4 Orders cannot be redirected once they have been placed.

4.5 If for any reason when preparing the order we are short of any purchased unit, the customer will be offered the possibility of exchanging it for another garment of equal value or the money will be refunded.

4.6 In the hypothetical case that upon receipt of the order the packaging is open or shows signs that the product may have been stolen or damaged, you must refuse delivery, notifying MEDITERRANEA DE CAMISERÍA S.L. immediately through customer service.

5. Payment and security

5.1 You can currently pay for your purchases using credit or debit cards, as well as PayPal. Credit/debit card: To guarantee the security of credit/debit card payments surfcar.com uses secure payment systems in which the data is transmitted directly and encrypted with SSL security protocols (Secure Sockets Layer or secure connection layer) to the corresponding financial institution. The credit card details are directly recorded in a secure and encrypted manner on the payment gateway's website, without any of these details being recorded on our servers. Paypal: If you select Paypal as your payment method, the page will redirect you to their platform to complete the payment at the end of the purchase process.    If you are already a PayPal customer, you will be able to confirm the payment by accessing your account with your user details. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one or log in as a guest.

5.2 Until full payment of the purchase price, the product remains our property.

6. Promotional vouchers

6.1 Promotional vouchers are vouchers that are given during advertising campaigns and are valid for a certain period of time.

6.2 Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed once in connection with an order, and only within the stated period.

6.3 The value of the product must be equal to or greater than the value of the promotional voucher.

6.4 Promotional vouchers will not be refunded in the event that all or part of the products are returned.

6.5 Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before the order is completed. It is not possible for vouchers to be applied retroactively.

6.6 Unless otherwise stipulated, multiple promotional vouchers may not be combined.

7. Returns and exchanges

7.1 Returns are FREE in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and countries of the Continental European Union.

7.2  You have 15 days to make a return from the moment you receive your order.

7.3 The return of products will give rise to a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product(s), unless a promotional voucher has been used, in which case this will be deducted. Shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded.

7.4 To make the return, the product must be unused and in perfect condition, including accessories, documentation and original packaging.

7.5 In the case of defective products, or products that do not correspond to the order placed, you must make the return through our collection system.

7.6 To make the return you must follow the following steps:

1. Contact our customer service department by e-mail, indicating the following information:

- Order number.

- Name and surname.

- Collection address.

- Product you wish to return.

- Reason for return.

- Date on which you would like us to collect your return.

2. Once we have received your return request we will confirm, by email, within 1 to 3 working days, the collection date and instructions on how to prepare the package so that the transport agency can collect it.

3. Once the goods have been received and the condition of the product has been checked, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount.

7.7 If any product does not meet your expectations or you need to change the size, you must process the return to obtain a refund, following our return instructions and proceed to make a new purchase if you are interested in another product or size. The conditions and prices in force at the time of purchase of the new product will apply.

8. Refund

8.1 The refund will be made by the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.

8.2  If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be made to the same card.

8.3 If you paid by Paypal the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. You can then decide whether you want to transfer the money to your bank account or leave it with PayPal for future payments. If your PayPal account is closed, we reserve the right to refund you to a bank account. It is not possible to refund to a different PayPal account.
