Return and exchange policy

At The Surfcar our goal is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If the product is different to what you expected or the size you received is not what you expected, this is our return and exchange policy.

Returns

Returns are FREE in mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and countries of the Continental European Union.

You have 15 days to make the return from the moment you have received your order.

The return of the products will give rise to a refund equal to the purchase price of the product/s returned, unless a promotional voucher has been used, in which case this will be discounted. Shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded.

To make the return, the product must be unused and in perfect condition, including accessories, documentation and original packaging.

In the case of defective products, or products that do not correspond to the order placed, you must return them through our collection system.

To make the return you must follow the following steps:

1. Contact our customer service department by e-mail at pedidos@surfcar.com, indicating the following information:

- Order number.

- Name and surname.

- Collection address.

- Product you wish to return.

- Reason for the return.

- Date on which you would like us to collect your return.

2. Once we have received your return request we will confirm, by email, within 1 to 3 working days, the collection date and instructions on how to prepare the package so that the transport agency can collect it.

3. Once the goods have been received and the condition of the product has been checked, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount.

Changes

If a product does not meet your expectations or you need to change the size, you must return it for a refund, following our return instructions and proceed to make a new purchase if you are interested in another product or size. The conditions and prices in force at the time of purchase of the new product will be applied.
